Each piece from JaxKelly is handmade, carefully inspected, and packaged with love before it ships, but we know things can happen.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:

• Purchased at full price
• Unworn
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Refunds and Store Credit

Full-price items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method

Discounted items are eligible for store credit only

Exchanges are not accepted. If you’re interested in a different item, please contact our team for a return. An e-gift card will be issued that can be used immediately on your new item.
