Ring Size Guide
Use the chart below to compare standard U.S. ring sizes with inside diameter and circumference measurements.

How to Measure Your Ring Size
Option 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own
Choose a ring that fits the finger you're shopping for. Measure the inside diameter across the center of the ring in millimeters, then match it to the chart above.
Option 2: Measure Your Finger
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters. Use the circumference column to find your size.
Fit Notes
- Finger size can fluctuate throughout the day and between seasons.
- Fingers typically feel slightly smaller in colder weather and slightly larger in warmer temperatures.
- Your dominant hand is often slightly larger than your non-dominant hand.
- For the most accurate fit, measure your finger at the end of the day when your hands are warm.
- Wider bands tend to fit more snugly, so we recommend sizing up slightly for thicker band styles.
