SHIPPING AND RETURNS


Processing

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days
  • During busier times, processing can take up to 7 business days
  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way

Tracking and Delivery

Orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping

Please note: shipping timelines begin once your order has shipped, not when it’s placed.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the care of the carrier. We currently partner with the US Postal Service.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • We recommend waiting 3–5 days, as the carrier sometimes marks packages early.

If it still hasn’t shown up, email us at support@jaxkelly.com — we’re happy to help look into it with you!

Need to Make a Change?

If you need to update your order, reach out to us at support@jaxkelly.com as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best, but we’re only able to make changes before your order ships.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a $5 reshipment fee will apply.

International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:

  • Purchased at full price
  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Refunds and Store Credit

Full-price items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method

Discounted items are eligible for store credit only

Exchanges are not accepted. If you’re interested in a different item, please contact our team for a return. An e-gift card will be issued that can be used immediately on your new item.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn items
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

How to Start a Return

Email us within 30 days of purchase at support@jaxkelly.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for your return.

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Fees and Timing

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by JaxKelly
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after your return is received and processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@jaxkelly.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include a photo and your order number so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
