RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 

 

Each piece from JaxKelly is carefully inspected and packaged before it ships, but we know things can happen.  If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please email us at info@jaxkelly.com so we can assist you with the process.  For faster service, please provide your order number and include any photos and a detailed description of the issue.

We require proof of purchase in the form of an order number.  You can refer to your purchase confirmation email or packing slip included in your shipment for this information.

In order to extend the best possible discount, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.  Please review all product information and select your items with care before making your purchase.

Please be aware that no pricing adjustments will be granted on previously purchased items.

Due to the nature of our small business we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.  In the event of an exchange, we are happy to send your new item without additional shipping cost.

All full-priced earrings may be returned or exchanged if unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  JaxKelly reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.

Candles are not eligible for return but can be exchanged if they belong to the same line of candles.

Refunds cover the cost of the returned item but do not include shipping fees.  Used merchandise cannot be returned or refunded.  We do not accept exchanges or returns on gift cards and on sale or promotional items.  Please review all product information and select your items with care before making your purchase.

At this time, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

We do not accept returns or exchanges from third party vendors.  For any JaxKelly items purchased from one of our retail partners, please refer to their own return and exchange policy.
