RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 

 

Each piece from JaxKelly is handmade, carefully inspected, and packaged with love before it ships, but we know things can happen.  If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please email us a info@jaxkelly.com so we can assist you in the process.

Due to the nature of our small business we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.  In the event of an exchange we are happy to send your new item without additional shipping cost.

In order to extend the best possible discount, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.  Please review all product information and select your items with care before making your purchase.

All full priced items may be returned or exchanged if unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  We do require proof of purchase. This proof of purchase can be in the form of an order number or confirmation email.  Refunds cover the cost of the returned item and do not cover shipping fees.  Used merchandised cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale or promotional items. 

Once an order is picked up by the carrier we are no longer in control of transit times.  At this time we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

We do not accept returns or exchanges from third party vendors. For any JaxKelly items purchased from one of our retail partners, please refer to their own return and exchange policy.
